Ali Kawa

Ali Kawa is a Kurdish writer-director and actor based in Los Angeles. A Fulbright Scholar and graduate of the New York Film Academy with a master’s degree in Film and Media Production, his work explores identity, intimacy, and emotional conflict, often centered on underrepresented voices from the Middle East. He is known for his films 10:52 (2025), Do You See Me? (2025), and Almost There (2026).
