Oliver Hardy

Oliver Norvell Hardy (nacido Norvell Hardy, 18 de enero de 1892 - 7 de agosto de 1957) fue un actor cómico estadounidense y la mitad de Laurel y Hardy, el doble acto que comenzó en la era del cine mudo y duró desde 1927 hasta 1951. apareció con su compañero de comedia Stan Laurel en 107 cortometrajes, largometrajes y cameos. Se le atribuyó su primera película, Outwitting Dad, en 1914. En algunos de sus primeros trabajos, fue anunciado como "Babe Hardy".
Oliver Hardy murió a causa de una trombosis cerebral el 7 de agosto de 1957, a los 65 años. Su estrella en el Paseo de la Fama de Hollywood se encuentra en 1500 Vine Street, Hollywood, California.
